Gravure printing using a scanning electron microscope with the physical properties of bronze powder has been studied to investigate the morphology of copper powder, particle size distribution, thickness and arrangement of the bonding compound behavior. The results show that imports of copper powder particle size distribution, surface cleaner; made of copper powder particle size range large proportion of small particles, too, which affected the Indian-made bronze powder Jin Guangze degrees. The thickness of the copper powder imported 0.1 or so, radius to thickness ratio of about 50; made of bronze powder thickness 0.1 ~ 0.3 between the radius to thickness ratio of about 40. Thinner slices of bronze powder, surface cover rate is higher. Copper powder compound in the bond formation and the direction of paper parallel to the alignment, this arrangement of bronze powder behavior and optical properties are closely related.
